Sabbath Day

Sunday 7th June 2020

During the lockdown following Government advice relating to Covid-19, our services are continuing in a totally different format - as livestream Sunday Reflections on facebook.

Please find these reflections on 'King Street Congregational Church-Newcastle under Lyme'

This week we will be looking at The Trinity, being God The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We shall be reading from Isaiah 6, v 1-8, where a young, naive Isaiah witnesses not only The Lord, seated on a throne, wearing a robe of which the train fills the whole temple, but also sees what seem to be winged seraphs, faces and feet covered by wings, but with two other wings, were flying around praising God. Isaiah felt both humbled but also unworthy to witness such a phenomenon.
